AluBox RuumX Case Divider Systems
The RuumX (pronounced room-ex) case divider systems provide a simple yet sturdy solution for organizing your equipment. It is infinitely customizable in its design. Constructed of corrugated plastic panels sandwiched between two ⅛” walls of foam, the panels can be cut to any length that suits your need. Stainless steel pins provide the means to attach separate panels together in any configuration inside the AluBox case.

Hi, this is Paul with Equipt Expedition Outfitters. Today, I'm very excited to introduce to you the RuumX Divider System made by Alubox. Now, RuumX is made up of a set of panels that are a corrugated plastic with a foam layer on each side, and these go in the Alubox aluminum storage cases. Let's go through and show you what comes as part of the kit.
First, you get a floor, and the floor can be attached to the surface of the floor of your Alubox if you want to. It also comes with the lid foam, which is nicely cut out for the straps on the lid. The perimeter is cut and designed to go around the interior vertical wall of the box. Two pieces put together, and then what you have is a set of five pieces of the material that you can set up in your box and design your own system however that might be.
To put it all together, we have stainless steel pins that go into place. All of these pieces come as a kit. The initial components that are available are for the 42-liter case and the 60-liter case, both five and three-quarter inches high, and the other one is seven and a quarter inches high.
Now, both of these kits will actually fit in the Alubox 42-liter case. The shorter model leaves about this much space at the top, and the taller model goes right to the upper lip of the case itself. Your choice preference is usually to leave it a little bit lower in this case, but personally, it's up to you whether you would like to do that or not.
We're so excited to have Alubox involved in the storage systems and creating better solutions on the interior of the cases. We're very excited about that. There's also an egg crate top lid if you want more foam on the lid of your case that's available, as well as extra panels if you choose down the road to change out the interior to some other configuration and you need more material. That material is available as an accessory, as well as more pins if you would like that.
