Hi, I'm Paul with Equipt Expedition Outfitters, and today I want to talk to you a little bit about the Eezi-Awn K9 table systems that Eezi-Awn has come out with. They've been out for quite some time, but we haven't had a chance to talk about them, so I wanted to let you know what they're all about.
It's a very lightweight table that is designed for outdoor use. The top is made of a dimpled stainless steel. If you look at it, boy, it sure looks familiar. What they have done is they've partnered with the folks that make the tops for National Luna to make the tops for their table system. So they look just like a lid on a National Luna fridge, but what they've done is instead of filling it with insulation and a gasket, they have taken the interior of each one of these different sizes and put in bracing for the sides as well as mechanical attachments for some aluminum legs that go in here.
Each one of them has a strap that holds the legs in place. You open up that strap, the legs come out. There is a lock in place hinge mechanism here made out of stainless steel, and they are very sturdy tables. So when you get those put together, I put the straps back together so they're not dangling.
What we have is four tables now. If you notice, we've got a small, a medium, a large, and an extra large. This table here is about 30 in x 15 in, really good for a cocktail table around the campfire, what have you. The next table up is a little bit larger version of the same thing, great for cooking, putting a stove on, that works out great. The next tables over are wonderful for sitting four people down to dinner if you'd like to have somewhere to sit and eat a meal on a table. They're very sturdy.
The difference between the large and the extra large is 2 in in width. So they're 45 in long; this one's about 28 in wide, that one's about 30 in wide. They made the variance in the width of this for their table mount to be able to mount the table underneath certain vehicles on the K9 roof rack systems. We have the table mount I'll show you out there, but you can see that there are four different options. They're built to last. It's a lifetime table. It's a little bit of money, but it's worth every penny.
