Eezi-Awn K9 Rotopax Horizontal Mount

Everyone, it's Paul with Equipt here, and I just want to show you another one of the accessories that Eezi-Awn has come out with. It is the K9 Rotopax Horizontal Mount, and it mounts the Rotopax fuel pack and other storage bottles to the K9 refract system.

We're showing it here locked in position, and I'm going to take this off. I'm going to show you what it does. Turn these two knobs, you can take this bottle off of here. There we go, okay, so now we can see.

What we have done is we've created a base plate that mounts to an individual slat on the top of the K9 rack system. To that mount, we've added the Rotopax mounts, whatever mount design you choose to go with, whether it's a standard mount or lockable mount, whatever you choose there.

It makes it very nice to tie it down on top of the roof. It's a simple mount, a couple of elevated areas here so you can see this. This is where the heads of the bolts go inside the Rotopax mounts and tie it on to there, secure it on any one of the slats running front to back or parallel with the rack.

If you choose to turn this on horizontal axes, you will need to drill a couple holes here and here to access the slats in the rack system. It's a little bit of an adjustment but not too bad. This is Paul with Equipt. I appreciate your time. Thank you.
